Return/Refund & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

    1. Time Frame:
      • Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery.
      • Items reported after this time frame will not be eligible for return or exchange.
    2. Condition of the Product:
      • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
      • Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.
    3. Eligible Products:
      • RC Toys and Drone Components, including flight controllers, motors, propellers, batteries, and accessories.
      • Customized or special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.
    4. Defective or Damaged Products:
      • If the item is defective or damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

    1. Software, digital downloads, and consumable items such as adhesives and lubricants.
    2. Batteries or electronics damaged due to improper use, installation, or handling.
    3. Items damaged due to crashes, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

Process for Returns and Exchanges

      1. Initiating a Return or Exchange:

        • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting photos or videos.
      2. Approval Process:
        • Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number along with instructions for shipping the item back.
      3. Shipping Items Back:
        • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received defective or incorrect.
        • Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
      4. Inspection and Refund/Exchange:
        • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
        • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

      1. If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, you may do so by initiating a return for the original product and placing a new order.
