- Items reported after this time frame will not be eligible for return or exchange.

- Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.

- RC Toys and Drone Components, including flight controllers, motors, propellers, batteries, and accessories.
- Customized or special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.
- Defective or Damaged Products:
- If the item is defective or damaged upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Software, digital downloads, and consumable items such as adhesives and lubricants.
- Batteries or electronics damaged due to improper use, installation, or handling.
- Items damaged due to crashes, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Process for Returns and Exchanges
- Initiating a Return or Exchange:

- Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting photos or videos.
- Approval Process:
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number along with instructions for shipping the item back.
- Shipping Items Back:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received defective or incorrect.
- Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.
- Inspection and Refund/Exchange:
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different model, you may do so by initiating a return for the original product and placing a new order.
